Compare the actual dimensions, connection and intended use on the product page with your installation. Contact us before ordering if anything is unclear.

If there is a problem

Contact our team with your order reference and a description of the issue. For damage or an incorrect item, retain the packaging and take photographs so the issue can be assessed.

Before sending anything back, contact us for return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send products to the registered office or to a manufacturer without instructions.
